Instant Notification with MetaCom Communicator
The MetaCom Communicator is a standalone GSM module designed to monitor any technical installation. It can operate on battery power or external sources. With two fully configurable inputs, it offers a versatile solution for monitoring and safeguarding assets.
Equipped with an integrated GSM module, the MetaCom module sends alarm messages via SMS text and/or audio call to selected numbers. It provides real-time notification of issues, transforming potential emergencies into manageable maintenance tasks.
Typical applications include:
- Alerts for abnormal heating of electrical installations and equipment
- Notifications for flooding and unauthorized access
The MetaCom offers several configurable options, including choice of SMS and/or call, automatic arming/disarming functions, alarm delays, repeats, and reports. It comes with a SIM card inclusive of the first year’s network charges and batteries.
Vivus Internet Platform & Portal: The MetaCom device can function independently using a regular SIM card. Optionally, it can be connected to the Vivus Internet Platform, allowing users to access real-time alarm monitoring on their mobile phones, tablets, and PCs. Features include alarm monitoring for multiple sites, historical data, and an auditable trail.
