Basic Wedding DJ Package (2026)
6–8 Hour Wedding Sound, Music & Lighting Service
Make your wedding day flow smoothly with a professional DJ setup designed for both the ceremony and reception. This package covers the essential sound, music and lighting requirements for a beautiful, well-managed wedding celebration.
What’s Included
Ceremony Sound
1 x PA sound system with microphone, ideal for clear vows, chapel music and formal ceremony announcements.
Reception Sound & Lighting
1 x PA sound system for the reception area, including dance-floor lighting and a cordless microphone for speeches, announcements and toasts.
Professional DJ Service
Music management for the full wedding flow, including background music, key moments, opening dance and dance-floor entertainment.
Song Edits
Up to 3 custom song edits included.
Additional edits charged at R350 per edit.
Smoke Machine
Optional smoke machine available on request. (Included in this package)
Please note: this is not a low-fog / dry-ice effect. (available @ R1500-00 depending on the availability)
Guest Capacity
Standard equipment supports weddings of up to 200 guests indoors.
Larger sound and lighting setups are available on request.
Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Fee
A R750 booking fee secures the date. This amount is deducted from the total package price but is non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the wedding date.
Extra Hours
The package includes up to 8 hours. Additional time after 8 hours is charged at R500 per hour, payable upfront. Extra hours are available until 02h00, subject to venue rules and permission.
Travel & Accommodation
Travel
The standard package covers events within the Vaal Triangle service area.
For weddings outside this area, travel will be quoted separately, based from Heilbron, Free State, or the most practical agreed travel point.
AA Rates apply
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the standard package.
For late-night or out-of-area weddings, the bridal couple may arrange a single room for the DJ at the venue or nearby accommodation. If accommodation must be sourced separately, it will be added to the quote at a fair local rate and confirmed before the booking is finalised. (Lockup gate and security is important outside of the venue)
