Have you changed your mind?
  • You can return a product at your own cost within 1st months of purchase to any of our stores, regardless of the chosen delivery method.
  • Returns will be refunded or exchanged if unused and in its original packaging with original proof of purchase.
Is your product defective/damaged?
  • Contact us to see what the manufactures guarantee and warranty is, we will advice you where to sent it or how we can give you technical advise.
  • Please contact the our Contact Centre who will assist in the return of your product.
  • Defective returns will be refunded, exchanged or repaired, depending on the manufacture report.
Which products CANNOT  be returned?
  • Customized products according to your specifications.
  • Personalized items.
  • Items damaged by lightning or any other act of nature.
  • Products not used in terms of the product’s user manual or purposefully damaged.
  • Items that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Are you being refunded?
  • Kindly note that refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account
  • EFT payments are subject to verification of your banking details and takes up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account
